Return Policy

The 3 acceptable reasons for returns are:

1. Wrong Size

2. Wrong Item Shipped

3. Defective Item

All returns must be authorized

To receive authorization for a return, you must contact Lazy Clothing at JaiBee@aol.com to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA#.

All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded but will recieve a 15% restocking fee.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

All original tags must still be attached.

Please include the original invoice with the RA# written on it.

Please specify the reason for the return.

If you receive a defective item, please inform us within 5 business days after have received the product to qualify for a return or exchange.

If you do not inform us within the 5 business days, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

Once you receive your RA#, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RA# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  We do not refund shipping costs.

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping if possible.

Include your RA# and original invoice.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Q: How can I be an Artist/Designer for Lazy Clothing?

A: Do an example design and submit it to one of our contacts.  No promises, typically we find the artists/designers and choose them for there unique style.

Q: I am a store owner, how can I order Lazy Clothing at wholesale prices to stock in my Store?

A: Contact us at JaiBee@aol.com, or on MySpace.  We will send you our Terms & Conditions, a catalog, along with a wholesale price sheet.  

Q: I skateboard, snowboard, sky dive, spray paint, canoe build, freestyle jump rope... does Lazy Clothing sponsor people/athletes?  

A: Yes, Lazy Clothing does sponsor certain talented individuals.  

Q: Can I be sponsored by Lazy Clothing?

A: If you are interested in being sponsored, submit something to showcase your skills to one of our contacts.  Again, no promises, if we are interested in sponsoring someone, we usually contact them privately.
